Cintia is a compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Child and Community). She brings both professional and lived experience supporting people with disability and those experiencing homelessness. With a strong background in direct support roles across community, health, and disability settings, Cintia is passionate and dedicated to promoting independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. She takes a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, working collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to develop practical, evidence-based strategies that enhance quality of life and empower individuals to achieve their goals.
Cintia is committed to professional development and quality services, and she is currently registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
