Behaviour Support Practitioner

Lorelie is an Illawarra-based registered behaviour support practitioner with over four years of experience as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, she provided person-centred and empathetic support. Lorelie is also a qualified Social Worker. During her university placement, she supported young people in out-of-home-care settings and developed skills in trauma-informed practice.
 
Lorelie is passionate about understanding each person’s unique strengths and needs, to support them to create meaningful change in their everyday life. Lorelie’s goal is to ensure that behaviour support is a supportive process to help people feel understood and supported to achieve their goals.
 
Bachelor of Social Work (University of Wollongong)
Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner – NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
