Lucinda Gray has experience in working with families across the community service sector, in both government and non-government organisations. Lucinda has spent the last two years working with vulnerable children and families and has developed excellent relationship-building, risk assessing and report writing skills.

Lucinda’s work is underpinned by her desire to support, empower, and advocate for people from all walks of life. In doing this, Lucinda uses a person-centred, strengths-based approach to ensure the people we work with are heard and supported to live their best life. Lucinda is committed to the wellbeing and quality of life for the people we support ensuring positive outcomes and change.

Lucinda is a skilled registered Behaviour Support Practitioner who is keen to share and develop her skills with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams. Lucinda’s practice is enhanced by her Social Work and Behavioural Studies background and qualifications.
