We provide service where it best suits you and your goals. We can travel to you, or you can meet us at one of our many office based locations

Yes we charge for travel when required, in line with the NDIS Price Guide

We let you know if we can accept your referral and can provide an estimated wait time. When services can commence a team member from The Disability Trust will be in touch to arrange a service agreement and a schedule of supports. Then your practitioner will be in touch and services will commence

Our wait time for each service is different in each region. Contact us for information on wait time for your region and service 

Your practitioner will work with you to identify your goals and this will be documented in a clinical intervention plan. This will be reviewed regularly throughout the period of service

Our cancellation policy is in line with NDIS Price Guide. Please refer to the Service Agreement and the Clinical Intervention Plan for further details

Trusted Clinical Services is a registered provider for all services, and all our Behaviour Support Practitioners are registered practitioners

Trusted Clinical Services is a registered NDIS service provider and our Behaviour Support Practitioners have the appropriate experience to support with restrictive practices where necessary. They will work with you to ensure that any restrictive practice is used in the least restrictive way and that a fade out plan is in place

Yes, we do provide supervision to other practitioners. for current capacity
