Her career in disability services spans over 10 years including roles in direct support, NDIS service delivery and leadership. Alice’s experience allows her to bring her knowledge and passion for the sector to the role of behaviour support practitioner.

Alice focuses on improving people’s quality of life with a through positive skills development, drawing upon her creativity to develop practical and person-centred strategies.

Alice values a compassionate approach and places a focus on developing a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative connection to deliver meaningful behaviour support with an individual’s rights at the forefront.
